John 16:23B-28

In continuing to talk about his leaving the disciples, Jesus uses somewhat veiled language. He tells them that soon all that he has said will come to pass. He reminds them that because of their relationship with him and their love for him, they are loved by the Father.

We pray for all those persecuted for their faith that they believe and find strength in your abiding presence and hope for union with you in eternity.
