Mark 12:13-17

The Jewish leaders attempt to set Jesus up to fail with their question about taxes owed to Caesar. He avoids their trap by saying that though they should be paying their taxes, they must not forget that what is owed to God has priority.

Enlighten the eyes of my heart, so that I am able to see your will in all things clearly.
