Matthew 13:31-35

Jesus talks about the dynamic of the reign of God in two parables. Using very small and ordinary elements, a mustard seed and yeast, he describes the ultimate fullness of the kingdom that is “already but not yet.”

Every once in a while I catch a glimpse, feel a hint, of your kingdom on earth, and I cannot imagine the enormity of what is to come.
